After that I decided to use roofus tools to do another install of an older version of windows (April 2018 version) and then let windows update itself. I could not get the wifi to work more than a few seconds with out it going out. Using windows media creator to do a fresh install just made everything worse. Then it got worse after a lot of fixing attempts failed (explained later) and I decided to just reinstall windows.

At first I would just need to restart my PC and it would be fine. It started maybe a month after I did a fresh install of windows. There was one time when I couldn't search using the windows search bar. Sometimes it will go to the last settings menu I had open and other times settings wont work at all. If I click on the link to go to network settings it will never go there. Im sorry if im explaining this poorly but the only thing in the menu will be 'network and internet settings'. When I connect to my home wifi after a few minutes I will have no internet connection and when I click on the internet symbol the wifi menu is broken.
